Week Recap - 1 Down

Happy Sunday! I have spent pretty much all day cleaning and getting my life back in order. Two weeks on vacation was great but I feel like it has taken almost another week just to get caught up! Here are this weeks workouts: 

1-5-15 Monday: 5am  30 minute run on the treadmill and hot yoga at the Y
1-6-15 Tuesday: 5am 30 minute run on the treadmill 
1-7-15 Wednesday: 30 Minute Bike workout / PM: Weight lifting 
1-8-15 Thursday: Day Off (I also can't remember what I did. :-/) 
1-9-15 Friday: 30 minute run on the treadmill 
1-10-15 Saturday: Day Off

Meals: I stayed on track except: 
- Thursday I had a couple of buffalo pretzel chips (they were amazing) 
- Friday I went to the Burger Spot with coworkers (OMG I know!) I had sweet potato fries and a bleu cheese burger. (SO GOOD) 

- Friday I also had Dilisio's - Baked ravioli. I am ashamed. But it was so freaking good. 

Other than those slip ups, I have been feeling really good! I have a lot of energy and I have been going to bed at 9:30pm so I can get up at 5am and workout.

I also make all my meals on Sunday. Me and my boyfriend got a Costco membership last week and it has really helped. I bought a huge salmon and we ate that or stuffed peppers rotating meals throughout the week. This week we have pork tenderloin. I made this recipe in the crock pot and it looks delicious, I put picks up on instagram! I think I will rotate either this or salads with a protein for the rest of the week. I also have found that I love protein oats! Each morning I take 1/4 cup of instant oats (I get mine from whole foods) and mix in honey, a pinch of salt, and half a scoop of Optimum nutrition cake batter protein. I usually am not a oatmeal fan but I love it so much so that I have been eating it for breakfast every morning and it so quick and keeps me full till lunch!

I have also been carrying with my my Nathan water bottle. I bought one that holds 32 oz of water, my goal is to drink two of them each day. To help me do that since sometimes I am really picky about how my water tastes I flavor them with cucumbers, lemon, or oranges. It's genius and I am surprised I never did this before. The cucumbers are so refreshing and the oranges and lemon give just enough taste. 

I have not been weighing myself - I have been too afraid. I may this week to see if I have lost any weight. Alright that's my weekend recap, how was yours? Are you keeping your new years resolutions?
