JAM Studios
We design studios, home offices, and living spaces for content creators who want rooms that look as good on camera as they feel in real life. Based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina — serving creators across the Triad and beyond.

What We Do
Every content creator deserves a space that supports their work and reflects their brand. Whether you're filming from a spare bedroom or building out a dedicated studio, we design spaces that perform.
Purpose-built content creation studios designed around your workflow — whether you film YouTube videos, record podcasts, or shoot product photography. We optimize for lighting, acoustics, camera angles, and aesthetics so your studio looks polished on screen and functions flawlessly behind the scenes.
A workspace that fuels your best creative work. We design home offices for content creators that balance productivity and style — thoughtful layouts, curated shelving, intentional lighting, and backgrounds that elevate your Zoom calls, live streams, and day-to-day workflow.
Need a space that tells a story on camera? We design and style sets for content shoots, brand campaigns, and recurring video series. From signature backdrops to rotating seasonal vignettes, we create environments that make your content feel elevated and cohesive.
Sometimes the whole room needs a refresh. We take your space from concept to completion — furniture, finishes, decor, and styling — creating rooms that are both camera-ready and genuinely livable. Perfect for creators who film from home and want every corner to feel intentional.
Why Work With Us
JAM Studios was founded by Jayme Anderson — someone who doesn't just design spaces for creators, but lives the creator life herself. Jayme runs two businesses from her home in Winston-Salem, North Carolina: JAM Digital, a full-service digital marketing agency for luxury brands, and Creator Interiors.
She understands the creative and business side of content creation because she's in it every day. She knows what it feels like to stare at a background that isn't working, to rearrange furniture for the tenth time before a shoot, to need a space that transitions seamlessly from a workday to a filming day to just... life. That perspective shapes everything we design.
We don't just think about aesthetics — we think about camera angles, lighting direction, background depth, and how a space reads on a screen. Your studio or office isn't just a room to us. It's part of your brand.
A content creation space shouldn't look like a sterile set. We design rooms that photograph beautifully and feel warm, personal, and genuinely comfortable — because the best content comes from spaces where you actually want to spend time.
Based in the heart of the Triad, we offer full-service interior design for creators in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Charlotte, Raleigh, and throughout North Carolina. We also offer virtual design packages for creators nationwide.
Our Process
We keep our process simple, collaborative, and stress-free. You stay in the creative loop without being buried in logistics — that's our job.
Step 01
We start with a conversation about your content, your brand, and how you actually use your space. What do you film? What frustrates you about your current setup? This call helps us understand your creative vision and practical needs.
Step 02
We build a visual concept for your space — moodboards, color palettes, layout options, and initial design direction. This is where the vision starts to take shape, and we refine it together until it feels exactly right.
Step 03
Once the concept is locked in, we create detailed design plans, source furniture and materials, coordinate with vendors, and handle the logistics. You stay in the loop without being buried in decisions.
Step 04
The best part. We bring everything together on install day — placing furniture, hanging art, styling every surface. You walk into a finished space that's ready to film in, live in, and share with your audience.
Common Questions
Creator interior design is a specialized branch of interior design focused on building spaces for content creators — people who film videos, record podcasts, photograph products, or create digital content as part of their career. Unlike traditional interior design, it considers factors like camera angles, lighting conditions, acoustic treatment, and how a space will appear on screen. At JAM Studios, we design studios, home offices, and living spaces in Winston-Salem and across North Carolina that look stunning on camera while remaining comfortable and functional for everyday life.
Yes. While JAM Studios is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and most of our hands-on design and installation work happens in the Triad area and surrounding regions, we also offer virtual design services for content creators anywhere in the country. Our virtual packages include full design concepts, moodboards, sourcing lists, layout plans, and styling guides. For larger projects outside of North Carolina, we discuss travel-based full-service design on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing varies depending on the scope, size, and level of service. A single-room studio design typically starts around $3,000-$5,000 for the design phase, with furnishings and installation as additional costs. Full room makeovers and multi-room projects range higher. We also offer virtual design packages at a lower price point. Every project begins with a free discovery call where we discuss your goals, your budget, and what is realistic — no pressure and no surprises.
We design dedicated filming studios, podcast recording rooms, home offices and workspaces, photography studios, streaming setups, and multi-purpose rooms that serve as both living spaces and content creation areas. We also work on set design and styling for specific content shoots or brand campaigns. Many of our clients in Winston-Salem and the greater North Carolina Triad area are creators who film from home, so we specialize in making residential spaces work double duty.
Most projects take between 4 and 10 weeks from the initial discovery call to final installation and styling. A single-room studio or home office refresh is typically 4 to 6 weeks. Larger projects like full room makeovers can take 8 to 10 weeks or more, depending on custom orders and sourcing timelines. We always provide a clear timeline at the start of every project. If you are working toward a specific launch date or content deadline, let us know.
Absolutely — this is one of the things we do best. Many content creators, especially those in Winston-Salem and the North Carolina Triad area, film from their homes. We design spaces with that duality in mind — choosing furniture, layouts, colors, and styling that look polished on screen but feel warm and comfortable when the camera is off. The goal is never a space that looks like a set. It is a space that looks like a beautiful home that happens to photograph and film incredibly well.
